Hot Chocolate

  Yield/Servings: 2 1/2 cups  
 
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups hot milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
 
Instructions:

Cut chocolate into pieces. Put all ingredients into blender and process at stir until chocolate is dissolved.

Serve hot, topped with a dash of cinnamon, whipped cream, or a marshmallow.
