Stuffed Mushrooms (Microwave)

12-15 fresh mushrooms
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/3 finely chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 pound flour
1/4 cup whipping cream
shredded cheddar cheese

Wash and drain mushrooms.

Remove stems and chop fine. Place mushroom caps on paper towel or plate. Microwave on medium high for 1 minute and set aside.

Place bacon in bowl and microwave until crisp. Drain bacon, add chopped mushroom stems, onion, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Microwave on high until tender (2-3 minutes). Stir in cheese. Fill caps and when ready to serve, microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
