Crab Salad

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
bread
large onion
8 boiled eggs
crab or shrimp
3 cups mayonnaise
 
Instructions:

Butter sandwich sliced bread. Cut crust off and cut into cubes. Slice one large onion. Cut up boiled eggs. Cover and let set overnight. Add crab and / or shrimp, and about 3 cups mayonnaise.
