Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 head of lettuce
2 or 3 green onions
1 to 1 1/2 cups chicken or turkey cubes
2 oz. of saifun (bean threads) cooked just a second in hot oil.

Instructions:
Mix together the following dressing to use on the above.

2 tsp. Johnny's salad seasoning
3 tbs. salad oil
3 tbs. vinegar
1 1/2 tbs. sugar

Mix together and mix with the lettuce, onions, meat, and bean threads.

Note: You can also try using ham and cheese, or tuna.
