Taco Seasoning Mix

Yield/Servings: 6 pkgs. mix

Ingredients:

1/4 cup instant minced onion
3 tbs. chili powder
2 tbs. ground cumin
2 tbs. salt
1 tbs. crushed hot red pepper flakes
1 tbs. instant minced garlic
1 tbs. corn starch
2 tbs. oregano, crushed well
Foil or envelopes

Instructions:
Combine and mix all ingredients. Spoon six even portions of mix onto foil pieces or into envelopes. Wrap, label and store at room temperature indefinitely. 6 pieces of aluminum foil, 6 inches square or 6 small envelopes.
