1 cup pineapple juice (from large can chunk) 2 tbs. lemon juice (can be strained juice from lemon) 1/3 cup orange juice (can be strained juice from orange) 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tbs. corn starch 1 egg, beaten | |
Instructions: Mix together the juices. Add sugar, cornstarch, and egg. Cook one minute after mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Fruit should be well drained for salad. | |
