Spicy Beet Salad Recipe

1 - 3 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
3/4 cups hot water
1/2 cup pickled beet juice
2/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup chopped pickled beets

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. stir in pickled beet juice and pineapple juice and to thicken slightly. Mix crushed pineapple and beets. Mold and refrigerate.
