3 lbs. firm, ripe peaches 7 cups sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 bottle pectin | |
Instructions: Wash, peel, pit, and quarter peaches. Chop 3 or 4 pieces of peach. Empty into kettle. Repeat process with remaining peaches. | |
