2 medium crookneck squash, grated 3-4 strips lean bacon, diced and fried 4-5 large eggs, whipped salt and pepper to taste | |
Instructions: Saute bacon, add grated squash. Let cook approximately 10 minutes and drain liquid. Place back in skillet. Pour eggs over mixture and cook until done. | |
