Paprika Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes
2 tbs. butter
1/4 cup skim milk
pepper and paprika to taste

Instructions:
Bake pototoes at 400 degree, 45-60 minutes. After potatoes are baked, scoop out potatoes, mix with butter, milk, pepper and paprika. Return potatoes to their jackets, and bake at 400 degree until slightly browned.
