1 medium sized red cabbage 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt | 2 tbsp. vinegar Pinch mace 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. pepper |
Instructions: Wash, core and chop cabbage. Crisp it in cold water. Drain, add remaining ingredients, simmer until tender. | |
