Scalloped Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
Brussels sprouts
tomato sauce
grated cheese
 
Instructions:

Clean Brussels sprouts and soak them in salted water 15 minutes. Drain, boil until tender in fresh salted water. Drain. Place in buttered baking dish, moisten well with seasoned tomato sauce or condensed tomato soup, sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, until slightly browned.
