3 cups rolled oats 1 cup rolled wheat 2 cups coconut 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup soy grits 1/2 cup bran | 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup cashews 1 cup walnuts 2/3 cup oil 1 cup honey 3 tsp. vanilla 1 cup dates, chopped 2 cups raisins |
Instructions: Mix well all but dates and raisins. Bake at 250 degree in a shallow pan until golden brown. Add dates and raisins. | |
