High Energy Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup dry powdered milk
Coconut, chopped nuts or other coating optional
 
Instructions:

Mix honey and peanut butter together. Add powdered milk and mix until well blended. Roll dough into small walnut sized balls. Roll in coconut, chopped nuts or other coating if desired.
