Almond Sparkle

Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups almonds or pecan halves
 
Instructions:

Beat egg white until foamy. Add sugar slowly. Then add salt, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted. Stir in nuts. Using a fork, life out coated nuts, one by one, and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Cool.
