Chocolate Angel Dessert

2 - 6 oz. pkgs. chocolate chips
2 tbs. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 egg whites
1 pint whipping cream
1 angel food cake, cooked

Combine chocolate chips and sugar and melt over hot water, then add 3 beaten egg yolks. Cool for 5 minutes. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, then fold in chocolate mixture. If mixture is too thick, thin with a little cream. Beat 1 pint whipping cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Break 1 angel food cake into pieces and put in a layer in a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Cover with 1/2 chocolate mix. Cover this with rest of cake, then with rest of chocolate mix. Chill overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
