1/4 cup butter 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup milk Batter: 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 cup sugar | Streusel: 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbs. flour, sifted 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbs. melted butter ( not margarine) 1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Instructions: Sift together the batter ingredients. Cut in 1/4 cup butter with the sifted dry ingredients. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Blend into batter. Pour half batter in greased 6 x 10 inch pan. | |
