1 cup sweet butter (1/2 lb.) 1 cup cream cheese (1/2 lb.) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups sugar 2 cup presto flour (ready blend cake flour) 6 eggs, separated | |
Instructions: Beat the egg whites before you start anything else they must be stiff. Cream butter and sugar. Add cream cheese and beat well. Add vanilla, egg yolks and beat well. Add flour, mix well then fold in stiffened egg whites. (Do not beat once egg whites are added. | |
