Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

3/4 cup soft butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional) 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and orange peel. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir in zucchini, walnuts and chocolate chips (optional). Pour into 10 inch tube pan.

Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes.
