Nieman Marcus Baked Fudge Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup melted butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1 cup walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 inch pan. Place pan into another pan with enough water to bring it up to 1 inch high on 9 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degree approximately 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. Hide the scales!
