Grandma's Cheesecake

1/3 cup butter, melted
11/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle brand milk
3 large eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, crumbs and sugar, and pat on bottom of buttered 9 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in milk, eggs, salt and beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla and pour into pan. Bake 50-55 minutes until cake springs back.

Comments: After cake is cool, I top with fresh strawberries or raspberries, and pour a small amount of glaze over all.
