3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter
24 oz. softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter and cover bottom and sides of springform pan.

Cream filling ingredients until fluffy: cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and salt. Add eggs, one at a time; beating after each. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into lined pan and bake at 350 degree for about 60 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let et 15 minutes.

Turn oven to 400 degree. Blend sour cream, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour over top of cheesecake. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool in pan overnight.
