Apple Pan Walnut Cake

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup cooking oil
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pam spray or grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon into pan 1 can apple pie filling.

Sift together and add (right into pan): flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Mix together eggs, vanilla, and cooking oil. Pour into pan and mix well. Stir in raisins and chopped nuts.

Bake 40-50 minutes.

Note: I frosted this with a light powdered sugar frosting while it was still warm. It's good!
