Banana Mousse

1 egg
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, crushed
1 cup whipped cream

Beat egg well. Combine sugar and flour and add to egg. Stir in milk. Cook over hot water until mixture coats the spoon.

Chill and add vanilla, crushed bananas, and whipped cream.

Place in freezing tray or pack in ice and salt until frozen.
