Fresh Apple Pie Cake

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon (may double)
1 tsp. salt
4 cups diced peeled apples
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts

Instructions:
Put into bowl and mix well: eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add and stir into batter: apples, raisins, and nuts.

Put into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.
