1 tbsp. plain gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1 cup fresh strawberry juice and pulp | |
Instructions: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, dissolve over hot water, add fruit, fruit juices, salt and sugar, cool. | |
