Carrot Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsps. baking soda
2 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups salad oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
3 cups peeled and grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped dates
 
Instructions:

Set oven at 350 degree. Grease a tube pan. In large bowl mix sugars and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in carrots, nuts and dates. Bake for 60 minutes.
