Double Crust Pastry

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup shortening
5-6 tbs. cold water
 
Instructions:

Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Add shortening. Cut shortening into flour until all particles are the size of rice grains. Sprinkle cold water continue until all flour is dampened.
