Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
dash of salt
 
Instructions:

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add egg; mix well. Spread on bottom of pie shell. Combine pumpkin and next 7 ingredients. Mix well. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degree, 65-70 minutes. Cool.
