Filling: 1 quart pie cherries 1 can crushed pineapple 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/3 cup tapioca or corn starch dash salt red food coloring | Crust: 2 cups flour 1 tsp. soda 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup corn flakes 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup shortening |
Instructions: Cook filling until clear and thick. Set aside. Blend crust ingredients together and then divide dough in half. Put 1/2 dough in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour in filling, then put other half of dough on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degree. | |
