Ritz pie

Ingredients:

3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
1 cup white sugar
14 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
chocolate curls

Instructions:
Pour mixture into 8 inch greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degree, 20-25 minutes. Fill center with 8 oz. Cool Whip and top with chocolate curls.
