Potato Fondue

2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup scalded milk
1 cup mashed potato
1 cup yellow cheese, cut fine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Saute pimientos and pepper in butter 5 minutes, sprinkle it in bottom of greased baking dish. Pour milk over mashed potato, mix well, add cheese, egg yolk and seasoning. Fold in egg whites, pour into baking dish.

Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, 25 minutes.
