2 tbsp. chopped pimiento 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup scalded milk 1 cup mashed potato 1 cup yellow cheese, cut fine 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 egg yolks, well beaten 2 egg whites, beaten stiff | |
Instructions: Saute pimientos and pepper in butter 5 minutes, sprinkle it in bottom of greased baking dish. Pour milk over mashed potato, mix well, add cheese, egg yolk and seasoning. Fold in egg whites, pour into baking dish. | |
