1 cup scalded milk 1 cup grated cheese 1 cup soft bread crumbs 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt A little pepper 3 egg yolks, beaten light 3 egg whites, beaten stiff | |
Instructions: Combine milk, cheese, crumbs, butter, salt and pepper. Add egg yolks, then fold in the egg whites. | |
