Cheese Fondue

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
1 cup scalded milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
A little pepper
3 egg yolks, beaten light
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
 
Instructions:

Combine milk, cheese, crumbs, butter, salt and pepper. Add egg yolks, then fold in the egg whites.

Pour into greased baking dish, bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 30 minutes.
