Lemon Sauce

ID: 825   Sauce  
  Yield/Servings: 1 1/2 cups  
 
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
Rind of 1/2 lemon
 
Instructions:

In blender add all ingredients and process at grate until smooth. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
