Sherry Hard Sauce

  Yield/Servings: 1 1/4 cups  
 
Ingredients:
1/3 cup soft butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbs. sherry
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
 
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to blender and process at grate until smooth.
