Chocolate Sauce

  Yield/Servings: 3/4 cup  
 
Ingredients:
2 squares un-sweetened chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup hot milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of salt
 
Instructions:

Cut chocolate into pieces. Put all ingredients into blender and process until chocolate is liquefied and sauce is thick and creamy.
