Bittersweet Chocolate Frosting

|Yield/Servings: 1 cup|
|2 tbs. butter|
1/4 cup hot milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 squares un-sweetened chocolate
Cut chocolate into small pieces. Put all ingredients into the blender and process until completely smooth. If frosting is too thick, add a small amount of cream.
