Hazelnut-Cream Frosting

  Yield/Servings: 2 cups  
 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
 
Instructions:

In blender grind hazelnuts. Pour into bowl and set aside. Put remaining ingredients into blender and whip until cream is whipped. Fold in nuts.
