Mocha Whipped Cream

Yield/Servings: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tbs. instant coffee powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions:
Put all ingredients into blender, and whip until thick. Use rubber spatula to keep ingredients flowing as thickening takes place.
