Smooth and Creamy Frosting

1 small (3 3/8 oz.) box instant pudding
1 cup cold milk
8 oz. thawed Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat until well-blended. Fold in whipped topping. Frost cake and then store in refrigerator.
