Angel Sauce

  Yield/Servings: 2 cups  
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup soft butter
1/3 cup frozen pineapple juice, undiluted

Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat until mixture coats a spoon. Cool and serve over slices of angel cake or fruit compote.
