3 eggs, beaten 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 cups grated zucchini 2 tsp. vanilla 3 cups sifted flour | 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Instructions: Add ingredients in order listed. Bake in two greased loaf pans at 325 degree for 1 hours. | |
