Ingredients: | |
6 cups whole wheat flour 1 pkg. dry yeast 3 tbs. honey 1 1/2 cups warm water 2 tsp. salt 3 tbs. corn oil 1 cup raisins (optional) | |
Instructions: Dissolve honey in warm water. Add yeast. Let stand 15 minutes in a warm place. Add corn oil and salt. Pour into large bowl, then knead into ball. Let rise in warm place -- knead again. Put into greased pans, let rise again. Bake at 350 degree for 30-45 minutes until degree of browness you want. Remove from pan and let cool. | |
