|1 carton (8 oz.) plain yogurt|
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup flour
|1 cup enriched cornmeal|
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Beat yogurt, oil, and egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Add and mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees (375 degrees glass) about 20 minutes. Cut and serve hot.
