Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
1 square chocolate
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
6 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup nuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions:
In pan melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 square chocolate. Add and mix: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 cup walnuts, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 2 eggs. Spread in pan.

Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbs. flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/4 cup nuts. Spread this over chocolate mixture.

Sprinkle on 6 oz. package of chocolate chips. Bake 350 degree for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 cups mini-marshmallows, bake 2 minutes, swirl with knife and cool.

Top with frosting:

1/4 cup butter, melted
1 square chocolate
2 ounces cream cheese
1/8 cup milk
1/2 package powdered sugar
vanilla

Mix and spread. Rich and wonderful.
