|1 pound caramels|
4 medium apples
2 tablespoons water
4 wooden sticks
Wash and dry apples. Insert stick in stem end. Put caramels and water in top of double boiler; cook over hot water using low flame. Stir occasionally as caramels begin to melt (approx. 15 minutes).
