Bread Crumbs

For soft bread crumbs, cut the crust from one side of a slice of bread. Hold the slice falt on a bread board and tear away crumbs with a fork, starting at cut edge.

For dry bread crumbs, crisp bread in a slow oven, put in a paper bag and crush with a rolling pin.
