Banana Bread | |

| Ingredients: | |
| 1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1/2 cup salad oil 1/4 tsp. salt | 1 tsp. baking soda 2 mashed ripe bananas 2 eggs 1/2 cup nuts |
| Instructions: | |
| Mix sugar and oil together, add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Add bananas and nuts. Bake in loaf pan, 350 degree for 50 minutes. | |
