Ingredients: |
4 eggs 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt | 2 tsps. baking powder 1 cup hot milk 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla |

Instructions: |
Beat eggs until light in color. Add sugar and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Heat milk and butter and add to batter while milk is hot. Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured pan or pans. Bake at 350 degree or until ,lightly browned. In 9x12 pan bake about 30 minutes.
Comment: Good as a sheet cake or as a layer cake. Also good for Boston Cream pie. |
