10 slices bread 2 cups chicken 2 cups shrimp 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 medium onion chopped 4 eggs 3 cups milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (Tillamook)
Cube and trim the bread. Place 1/2 of cubed bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix meat, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, celery. Spread over bread. Top with remaining cubed bread. Beat eggs with milk, pour over mixture, cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 10-12 servings.
